Co-Founder and President
Casey Courneen is the president and co-founder at Blackstone Technology Group. Casey oversees corporate operations where he draws upon over two decades of industry experience to ensure that Blackstone continues to be an efficient and profitable business. Casey also oversees the success of Blackstone Talent Group, a division of Blackstone, and provides strategic direction, supporting business-critical operations, and ensuring that our organization affords our employees opportunity for long-term career growth and success.
Casey began his career at PriceWaterhouse Coopers in the Management Consulting Services division, helping Fortune 100 companies gain advantage over their competition with superior information systems. From there he moved to a start-up IT services firm where he concentrated on complex IT projects across a number of different vertical marketplaces. Casey holds a B.S.E. in Finance and Legal Studies from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Eric Swanson is Executive Director of Blackstone Talent Group. Eric has over 24 years of sales and leadership experience in IT Staffing including a 15-year tenure with Blackstone. Eric drives the organizational vision, strategy and direction of Blackstone Talent Group, including overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the division nationally.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Eric was Vice President of Business Development for Techniki Informatica (a division of Network Staffing Services Inc.), an international IT Staffing firm. Earlier in his career Eric held sales, management, and operations positions at large publicaly traded IT Staffing firms, smaller boutique firms, as well as startups. Eric holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire, and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
Vice President, Sales
Ken Hans is a Partner at Blackstone and the Vice President of Sales for Blackstone Talent Group. Ken has over 24 years of IT industry experience including a 16-year tenure with Blackstone. Ken drives strategy and direction for new client growth, client satisfaction and adapting the Blackstone Talent’s service offerings to meet the demands of today’s dynamic and fast-paced resource marketplace.
Ken began his career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in their Technology Services Practice where he helped to design, build, and manage delivery of ERP and custom software solutions for clients. From there he worked for Siebel Systems (Oracle Corporation) where he worked in both pre-sales and sales roles and garnered such awards as Customer Advocate of the Year, Beyond Expectations Platinum Award, and 100% Quota Attainment Club Winner. Ken holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
National Director, Strategic Delivery
Graym Sutz has over 18 years of IT staffing experience and is the National Director of Strategic Delivery for Blackstone Talent Group. Graym has recruited and staffed IT professionals with applications, infrastructure and communications backgrounds for all levels of positions in varying industries and organizations on a national basis. Graym is responsible for driving growth and success in markets strategic to the business, as well as providing consultation, mentorship and best practices to our national delivery teams on how to achieve high performance in fulfilling our clients resourcing needs.
Sales Director, West
Michelle Delbo is a 19-year veteran of Blackstone and is Sales Director of the West US region for Blackstone Talent Group. Michelle has deep experience in sales, recruiting and leadership, and responsible for driving new client relationships, growing existing accounts, and building high-performance account servicing teams.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Michelle was a recruiter and Account Manager for Aerotek, an international IT Staffing firm. Michelle is an expert at building strong relationships and business partnerships, and strives to provide the highest level of service, value and opportunity to Blackstone’s clients. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, in San Luis Obispo.
Recruiting Manager, West
Dave Hannah is the Recruiting Manager in the west US region for Blackstone Talent Group.
Dave has over 20 years of experience in recruiting and recruiting leadership, and leads the Blackstone Talent Group's West US recruiting team to ensure our clients are connected with top talent in the Silicon Valley and beyond.
Dave begin his career in recruiting at TEKsystems, and has supported delivering on a wide variety of resource fulfillment models across startup, midsize and Fortune 100 organizations. His recruiting expertise ranges from IT infrastructure to big data engineering, customer success, marketing, and corporate related roles. Dave holds a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico.
Regional Sales Manager, Rockies Region
Stephen Cabrera is the Regional Sales Manager of the Rockies Region for Blackstone Talent Group.
Stephen was raised in Quito, Ecuador and moved to Colorado Springs shortly after high school. He has over 7 years of experience in the IT Services Industry. Prior to that he held a myriad of sales positions mostly in the telecom space.
In his free time he attempts to travel as much as possible with family, plays in outdoor/indoor soccer leagues regularly, and has developed a passion for distance running over the last 4 years.
Recruiting Manager, Rockies Region
Justin is the Recruiting Manager for the Rocky Mountain region of Blackstone Talent Group. He has over 17 years of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition experience with the last 8 years in a leadership capacity to include consulting services, strategic sourcing, managed services, and leadership/advisory services. Justin’s entire career has been within people services and he has built performance management SOPs, Career Development Road-maps, orientation, onboarding, and employee training/engagement.
After a decade of service to TEKsystems, which included five company sponsored relocations providing him experience working in 5 of the top 10 hottest tech markets. Since 2016, Justin has been in high growth VC backed startups with responsibility for deploying all programs and initiatives related to alignment of mission, culture, vision, values, SOPs, delivery and sales methodologies. Working with Executive Leadership, he has built customized and proprietary talent acquisition strategies that align to the key business initiatives of the organization specialized to the local markets in which they served.
National Corporate Recruiter
Wendy Taylor is the National Corporate Recruiter for Blackstone Talent Group. She has over 20 years of experience in leadership, talent acquisition, and building winning teams. Wendy is an enthusiastic leader, problem solver and cheerleader, bringing an infectious energy to the teams that she serves. People are the forefront of her mission at Blackstone and she is committed to delivering an incredible employee experience and impacting our teams in a lasting and meaningful way.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Wendy served as Chief People Officer at SWQITY technologies and founded a boutique talent firm with a niche focus on People Operations and building culture driven teams.
Vice President, Operations
As vice president of operations at Blackstone. Vijay is responsible for operational strategy and management across multiple facets including corporate communications and culture development, professional development and training, and corporate infrastructure. Vijay has enjoyed a successful 20+ year career in technology, management, analytics and consulting fields. He has previously managed cloud, mobile, big data and content operations and strategy at large firms like HP and Thomson Reuters. Vijay has an excellent track record in fostering long-term relationships with employees, clients, vendors and partners. Vijay holds a master’s degree in statistics from the University of Maryland.
SHRM-SCP, Director of Human Resources
Korrie possesses over 15 years of human resources experience and expertise. She first joined Blackstone when there were just 15 employees, and she has supported the steady and expansive growth of the organization ever since. Korrie is passionate about helping Blackstone remain a premiere professional services and software firm, and she is committed to helping every employee attain both their personal and professional goals. Her most extensive experience is in developing internal programs, policies and initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience, while drawing out the creative energies and ideas from the pool of unbelievably talented individuals she surrounds herself with across the company. She has been the primary architect for Blackstone’s compensation, benefits, and retention strategies, and she has developed several employee recognition and celebration programs that have helped elevate the company culture and performance to new heights every year. Korrie holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a multiple subjects teaching credential from Santa Clara University; she holds the certification of Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources Management, SHRM-SCP.
