Michelle Delbo
Vice President of Sales
Michelle Delbo is a 21-year veteran of Blackstone and is Vice President of Sales for Blackstone Talent Group. Michelle has deep experience in sales, recruiting and leadership, and responsible for driving new client relationships, growing existing accounts, and building high-performance account servicing teams.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Michelle was a recruiter and Account Manager for Aerotek, an international IT Staffing firm. Michelle is an expert at building strong relationships and business partnerships, and strives to provide the highest level of service, value and opportunity to Blackstone’s clients. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, in San Luis Obispo.
