A Message from Blackstone On Diversity & Inclusion

At Blackstone, we strongly believe that a diverse workforce in an inclusive environment enriches and improves us individually and strengthens us as an organization, and that in turn results in better value, values, ideals, and solutions being delivered to our customers and our communities.  It is truly the diversity of our minds, cultures, experiences, and unique perspectives that gives us a competitive advantage in the marketplace today.

But we can always do more. To this end, Blackstone leadership is recommitting itself to our own internal Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) efforts by seeking additional ways to further embed new initiatives into our various hiring and business processes and practices. We will continue to track our progress against such measures, and we will continue to educate ourselves as we find new ways to learn more about D&I issues well into our future.

Over this summer Blackstone has committed to matching donations from all employees, towards several charities that make Diversity & Inclusion a priority for the constituents they serve.
