- Minimum 2 years of business development/lead generation experience
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding all revenue, KPI and performance targets
- Ability to think outside of the box and perform within a challenging business climate
- Strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking and networking skills
- Develop, grow and maintain a healthy book of business
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers via in-person, text, phone, networking events, social media and email
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment and navigate through the virtual world of selling
- Somebody who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with clients, new clients and coworkers
- Completion of a four year Bachelor’s degree
