Blackstone Talent Group was proud to be part of the 5th Annual AFAC charity golf event at The Army Navy Golf Club for the Arlington Food Assistance Center and contribute to the cause. AFAC feeds over 2,400 elderly, disabled, and financially distressed families in Arlington County, VA each week. AFAC is financially funded through donations provided by charity events like the event this past Monday as well as personal and commercial financial contributions made throughout the year. AFAC also derives a lot of the human power for collecting, packaging and distributing food to these families in need through a volunteer network. The Blackstone Talent Group Arlington office is also looking forward to providing volunteer support to AFAC later this fall!
